Science
Can you help your child to find pictures of plants and animals that they can take into to school. Or help them take photos of plants or animals to show the class.

Topic
In the next few weeks we will start looking at the history of the beach. If any parent or grand parent would like to come and speak to the class about the history of Las Canteras, they are more than welcome.

Class Assembly
Our Class Assembly is next Friday (21st) at 2:45pm. Can your child wear their PE kit (sports clothes/ropa de deportes) to school on that day.

On the educational activities web link I have put on the blog there are a range of activities for children. A good one for maths just now is to type in hit the button in the search box. For some reason I was unable to put this on directly. This has multiplication, division, halving and doubling which we are working on in class at the moment. I hope this is some help.
We are starting work in science on variation and plants and animals and there are good activities on the bitesize science web site for these.
